Fees

One fee, taken from the owner's share of each instalment when it is released. Nothing else.

The platform fee

The fee is 800 basis points, 8%, of each instalment released to the owner. It is deducted at release, before the payment reaches the owner. The rate is fixed in the auction when the owner opens it, so it cannot change during a campaign.

OG users

OG owners pay a fee of 400 basis points, 4%, instead of 8%, on every campaign on their panels. Who is an OG is announced only through our official channels; see Getting your pass.

What is free

There is no fee on bids or deposits, and none on anything returned to a brand: an outbid deposit, a refund, a reclaimed instalment, or the brand’s part of a split decision.

An example

A brand wins a three-month run at 75 USDC a month and pays 225 USDC into the escrow. Each month’s 75 USDC is released like this:

Gas

Network fees are paid by whoever sends a transaction. On Arc, gas is paid in USDC, so neither side needs a second token.
